What you will find here

This site presents services in website creation, web applications, SEO, video production and commercial photography. The information and prices shown are for presentation and do not constitute a firm offer. The firm offer is the document you receive after our first conversation, setting out the scope, deliverables and timeline for your specific project.

How a project is agreed

Work starts with a conversation, continues with a written quote, and is considered accepted at the moment you confirm that quote in writing, by email or message. Payment follows the terms in the quote, usually a deposit at the start and the balance on delivery. Prices are quoted in RON unless stated otherwise.

Timelines and materials

The timelines estimated in a quote start from the moment I have everything I need in order to work: copy, images, access credentials and timely feedback. Delay in providing those materials moves the delivery date by at least the same period. I will tell you in advance when that is happening.

Rights in the result

Once payment is complete in full, the rights to use the materials delivered as part of the project pass to you. What remains mine are the reusable components, libraries and internal tools used to build the project, along with the right to show the work in my portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The content of this site, meaning its text, images and code, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without my written agreement.

Liability

I do everything within my control to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but I do not guarantee it is complete at every moment. I am not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here, nor for outages caused by third-party providers such as hosting services or external platforms.

What data I collect through the forms and what rights you have are described in the privacy policy, and what is stored in your browser in the cookie policy.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is not right, write to me first at mail@justin.productions. Most things are resolved in a conversation.

As a consumer you may also approach ANPC SAL or the European ODR platform. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.

Changes

I may update these terms when the services or the legal requirements change. The version published here, carrying the date above, is the one in force.
