Discovery and strategy
A 2 to 4 hour workshop: what problem you are solving, for whom, what the minimum viable version actually is. Output: functional spec, proposed architecture, timeline and cost estimate.

Architecture and design
Database structure, API design, user flows, UI mockups for the key screens. We iterate until you have clear sight of what you are getting.

MVP development
One to two week sprints with something visible at the end of each. Continuous access to a staging URL, so you see daily progress rather than a reveal at the end.

Launch and iteration
Production deployment, monitoring, analytics. Then iteration on real user feedback: new features, optimisation, infrastructure scaling.

What does a custom application cost?
It depends heavily on scope. A simple MVP (auth plus two or three core features) is 8,000 to 15,000 RON. A complete SaaS platform with billing, multi-tenancy and an admin dashboard reaches 25,000 to 50,000 RON and above. The best next step is a free 30 minute discovery call so the estimate is against your real spec.
How long does an MVP take?
A genuine, launchable MVP takes 4 to 8 weeks for simple to moderate projects, and 8 to 16 weeks for more complex products with multiple integrations. The important part is that delivery is incremental: you see weekly progress rather than a three month black box.
What stack do you work on?
The default is Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind on the front end, PostgreSQL (usually via Supabase or Turso) for data, NextAuth or Lucia for authentication, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for deployment. It is the stack behind OpenAI, Notion, TikTok and Vercel: future-proof, with a huge community and an easy hiring pool when you grow the team.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely. At the end of the project you receive full ownership of the repository (a private GitHub repo in your own account), the database and the deployment. There is no vendor lock-in. You can change developer or team at any point without losing anything.
What happens after launch?
Two options. Either you take the code and documentation and run it yourself or with your team, or you take a monthly maintenance package (from 800 RON per month) covering monitoring, security updates, minor feature requests and priority support. Plenty of companies pick the second simply for the peace of mind.
Will the application scale if we grow quickly?
Yes. The architecture is designed for horizontal scaling from the start: serverless functions on Vercel, a database with read replicas, Redis caching where it is warranted. Going from 100 to 100,000 users is a configuration exercise, not a rewrite.
