Who I am

This site is run by Justin Alen TECER (Justin Productions), a web design and video production studio based in Târgoviște, Dâmbovița county, Romania. For any question about your personal data, you can reach me at mail@justin.productions.

What data I collect

I only collect the data you give me yourself, through the forms on this site (contact, quote request, configurator) or through Lead forms in adverts on Facebook and Instagram:

• Your name
• Phone number and/or email address
• The type of business you run, when you choose it
• The message you send me

Your email address, if you request the report from the free SEO check. I use it solely to send you that report and do not keep it afterwards, unless you explicitly tick the box asking to receive occasional emails. That box is optional, it is not ticked in advance, and it does not affect whether you receive the report. If you do tick it, I keep the address, the moment you consented and an anonymised form of your IP address as evidence of that consent. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email, without writing to me.

For security and spam prevention I also store an anonymised (hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type. I cannot identify a person from that technical data alone.

Why and how I use it

I use your data solely to contact you about the web design, video and marketing services you asked about, for example to answer a quote request by WhatsApp, phone or email. The legal basis is your interest in receiving a quote, and the consent you give when you submit the form. I do not send a newsletter and I do not add you automatically to any list.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your data to anyone. I keep it in the tools I use to run the business (my own database, Meta/Facebook for Lead adverts, hosting providers). Those providers process the data only on my behalf and under their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep your data for as long as it takes to discuss the project and, if we end up working together, for the duration of that work plus the period required by law. If we do not work together, I delete it on request or once it is no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted (the “right to be forgotten”) or to object to it being processed. Writing to me at mail@justin.productions is enough, and I will deal with it as quickly as I can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
