An online store built to sell.

An online store is not a website with a cart button. It is stock, payments, shipping, invoicing and returns that have to work together every day, without the customer having to phone you.

About this service

The difference between a good-looking site and a store that sells

Most online stores lose the customer in the last three steps, not the first. The product page looks right, then the cart asks for too much, the card fails at 3D Secure, the shipping cost only appears at the end, and the tab closes. Design brings visitors. The checkout decides whether money arrives.

We build stores where the invisible half works: stock syncs, payments clear first time, the shipping label generates itself, the invoice files automatically. You handle products and customers, not reconciling orders in a spreadsheet at eleven at night.

We build on WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom Next.js stack depending on what you sell and how many orders you take. We do not sell everyone the same platform. A shop with forty products and one with four thousand have different needs, and the wrong choice is paid for monthly, forever.

What we offer

What a complete online store includes

Not just the storefront. Everything behind it that has to work for an order to travel from click to courier without anyone touching it.

01

Catalogue and stock

Products with variants (size, colour, material), categories, filters, sale pricing. Stock decrements on order and can sync with the inventory system you already run.

02

Payments that clear

Card payments through Stripe, Netopia or EuPlatesc, plus cash on delivery where your market expects it. 3D Secure configured properly, because failed authentication is the most common reason a full cart never becomes an order.

03

Shipping automation

Courier integration with label generation on order confirmation, tracking sent to the customer, pickup-point delivery where available. No copying addresses by hand.

04

Invoicing and compliance

Automatic invoice generation at payment, filed to the tax authority where that is required. For Romanian stores that means e-Factura, which is mandatory; for EU stores it means VAT handled per destination.

05

Speed and technical SEO

Product pages are what bring traffic. Structured data for products (price, availability, reviews), Core Web Vitals in the green, images optimised, so you appear in results with price and stock rather than just a title.

06

An admin you will actually use

Add products, change prices, see orders and export reports without calling us. Training at launch, plus written documentation for your team.

Process

How we build it

A store has more moving parts than a brochure site, so more stages. Each one ends with something you can check.

  1. 01

    Analysis and platform

What you sell, how many products, what order volume, what systems you already run. That decides the platform, and we explain the reasoning with the monthly costs on the table from the start.

  2. 02

    Design and checkout flow

Design for the pages that matter: listing, product, cart, checkout. The checkout is designed separately, step by step, because that is where the money is lost.

  3. 03

    Build and integrations

We build the store and connect payments, courier, invoicing and stock. Every integration is tested with real test orders, including refunds and cancellations.

  4. 04

    Launch and first orders

Product migration, redirects from the old store if there is one, Merchant Center, analytics with order tracking. Thirty days of priority support, which is when the real problems surface.

Pricing

Pricing

Every store is quoted on its own. What moves the number is integrations rather than page count: how many products, how many variants, which payment and courier providers, whether stock has to sync with an existing system. Tell us what you sell and how you work today and you get a real figure rather than a range to guess from. The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing.

Frequently asked

What clients ask most.

  • Why does an online store cost more than a brochure site?

Because a brochure site has pages and a store has systems. Payments have to pass 3D Secure, stock has to decrement correctly when two customers buy the last item in the same second, labels have to generate, invoices have to file, and returns have to work. Each integration is built and tested separately. A cheap store is not a smaller store, it is one where you do by hand what it should have done for you.

  • How long does it take?

Four to eight weeks from design approval, depending on product count and integrations. Migrating an existing catalogue of several thousand products can add one or two weeks. You get a dated schedule at the start, not a vague estimate.

  • WooCommerce, Shopify or custom?

It depends on volume and on who administers it. WooCommerce suits you if you want full control and low monthly cost, but it needs maintenance. Shopify is simpler to run and steadier under heavy traffic, though you pay a subscription plus commission. Custom on Next.js makes sense at high volume or where business logic the platforms do not cover. We recommend after seeing your numbers, not before.

  • Can you migrate my existing store without losing rankings?

Yes, if the migration is done properly. We keep the URL structure where it makes sense, and where it does not we put a 301 redirect from every old address to its new equivalent. Reviews and product descriptions come across too. Traffic usually dips for a few days after a migration and then recovers. A permanent drop means the redirects were done badly.

  • What are the running costs after launch?

Hosting scales with traffic, a domain is roughly sixty RON a year, and card processing is typically one to two percent per transaction. If we choose Shopify, their subscription is on top. We put every cost in writing before starting, so you know the monthly figure and not just the build price.

  • What happens if something breaks on Black Friday?

Packages include thirty days of priority support after launch. For high-volume periods we offer monthly maintenance with a guaranteed response time and active monitoring. A store down for one peak day costs more than a year of maintenance.
